"Hello Ladies and Gentlemen of the Fourth State, I hereby take this Opportunity to thank the almighty God  for His graces that He has so far granted us. I also thank the Students in Particular for their calmness and give an honest clap for the university as a whole. Being given an opportunity to Run the office of Mr. Kisii University, I would like to welcome all to the foundation that will not only create room for talents but also make all aware that regardless of what it takes talents pays so much. Being a youth I would like to tell each and everyone that we all have a special talent given to us only that we have not so far take it into consideration. Team work and Honesty is going to make us all win our ambitions. together we can move mountains. We all need each other in this and work for better improvements. 

Your unique and special talent could involve writing, art, sports, or math! Or maybe you are double jointed, can talk in a cartoon voice, or can do a one-handed pull-up like no other. No matter what your special skills are, today is the day to flaunt them for all your friends and family. 

Here are three reasons that come to mind:

 · It provides an opportunity for more gifts and talents to be exposed.

 · It helps develop and equip our youths with an important skill in life

 · It is a prime opportunity to develop a Godly character. Speaking and performing is not always easy. What we need to do is to support and encouragement to always do our best and try our hardest and also to support others. 

“I consider my ability to arouse enthusiasm among my people the greatest asset I possess, and the way to develop the best that is in a person is by appreciation and encouragement. There is nothing else that so kills the ambitions of a person as criticism from superiors. I never criticize anyone. I believe in giving a person incentive to work. So I am anxious to praise but loath to find fault. If I like anything, I am hearty in my appreciation and lavish in my praise.”
